I loved the massage, it was great. I came out super relaxed, ready to go home and sleep, and hungry. Then the gal at the front desk says she needs to check me out. I'm confused because I already paid but she talks a mile about scheduling my next visit, getting set up on a plan, she's going over all the prices and I can't even think. I was okay with booking another appointment, I think I need one, but a whole year? These are not decisions I make on the fly and I don't appreciate the pressure. As much as I loved the massage I might go elsewhere next time. Salesy people are not my style.

Rosa is the best! I feel that they have also really taken time to hire quality people at the front desk, which wasn't always the case. I've had nothing but good experiences the last couple of times. I did have a billing issue when I visited yesterday, but the manager was very sweet to deal with! Can't remember which manager, but I called and talked to her on 8/8. :) Rosa is one of the best I've ever had, and I've been going to Massage Envy in Utah (Multiple locations) for 8 years. I prefer Draper over others.

This was my first visit at the Draper location. I love the lobby set up and rooms. The front desk, Tyler, was friendly and made me feel safe and respected during this time of COVID. Kim was my therapist, and I appreciated all of her suggestions on what we could do for a treatment while staying safe. I chose Rapid Tension and Reflexology. It was over way TOO soon! The time flew by. I’ll have to book 90 minutes in the future if I want to add the foot scrub. Kim wore a mask and gloves the entire time. I felt very safe. Thanks and see you soon!

Staff is accommodating and helpful. Always friendly. Love my services and providers. Great deals.

I called to cancel our appointment at 2.30p. Three hours before. Was told that we needed to cancel four hours before. They changed us. Glad they have a policy to punish customers regardless of the reasons. Was going here for months. Apparently it’s more important to grab short term, immediate money than build loyalty. Don’t ask why. Just grab the policy and shove it in a customers face.
