Nunez Depot - 756 Hardware

Staff here is very knowledgeable. They definitely dont pressure you to make purchases. They take their time to explain how to use the products if needed.

This expanded space looks well stocked, but the hostility and discourtesy toward customers is consistent and surprising. There is unlikely to be a loyal customer base if the men (no women are employed here) behind the counter and on the floor ignore and dismiss customer needs and questions. I'd rather not travel the distance to Beacon Hardware at 371 Amsterdam Avenue, but their paint color matching is excellent (756/Nunez doesn't offer this), and the staff members are courteous.
