We called to check in and were seen in under an hour. Exceptionally clean and a very nice hair cutter. My daughter and I were the only ones allowed inside while our hair was cut and I witnessed her sanitize everything before and after us. She was quick and efficient
Call for an appointment. Very prompt. In & out in 15 minutes. They do a really good job. Rhonda cut my hair, she's great.
I had called to check how long the wait was. The lady told me there were two people in front of me, but I should make an appointment online. I did that, got a text saying I was the next person, and waited outside for maybe 5 minutes before a customer walked out. Another lady walked up, said she had been waiting for an hour and then the hair cutter took the woman to get her hair cut. I had no problem letting the woman in front of me go first, but I shouldn't be receiving an alert saying I'm next and then not be. I ended up waiting about another 20 minutes before I gave up and left.nWhy is there a reservation system if it's not being used correctly?
