I have been going to Shauna every 3 weeks for greater than 7 years. Shauna is the best! Professional and extremely down to earth! She is an extremely talented stylist! Her color and cut skills are amazing! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment scheduled for tonight at 6:30pm, confirmed the appointment online earlier this week. While i was at work today i got a text saying my appointment had been canceled by charmed beauty and to click the link to make an appointment. I tried calling them several times and no one answered, not even a voicemail system set up either. This is super unprofessional and highly impersonal of them to send a text to me with that kind of vague/zero explanation. It was last minute and completely ruined my day. I’m not the kind of person who usually writes reviews and i understand this affects a business greatly, but with no way to contact the business since they have not answered any of my calls... this is all i can do.
Shauna is not only the best colorist I have ever been to but her ability to talk to you and figure out your style is unbelievable. Love the color, love the cut and love Shauna!
