Went in for the first time. I was taken right away for a pedicure, the woman Vi did my pedicure and did an amazing job. They were very clean and professional. I then had Mary for my acrylic nails and she was a sweet heart. This is a family owned business and they do such by great work. I have found a nail salon I can trust and continue to do business with. Very satisfied with my nails!

READ THIS FOR THE MOST GENUINE REVIEW; just want to state that most of these reviews are entirety over exaggerated. I went here a week ago with my mom for a pedicure, they were professional, super clean/safe, made you sign and fill out questionnaire(which most nail places aren’t even safely doing). They did an excellent job on both me and my mom’s feet for the most affordable price.nI had originally gone somewhere else for my acrylics and was severely disappointed as i couldn’t get through a week without my nails on my hands lifting, which showed me altogether their lack of good product. I called this place desperate to get my nails fixed. The owner was EXTREMELY nice and respectful , i told him my whole story about my experience with the other nail place and what had happened. I explained how they lacked good product and didn’t even make my nails look like my own. I asked for them shorter as i work in an industry rough on my hands and he DIDN’T complain once about ANY of my requests. I feel a lot of people in these reviews really misunderstand his quietness/shyness for him being rude which is extremely unfortunate because I completely disagree. He uses quality products, chatted with me most of the time, and was super quick too! He even kept my own little box with my name on it to maintain my stuff so when i get fills he only uses “my” set of tools. I didn’t even get to the best part.. he had to fix ALL my nails and STILL charged me for a FILL which is way cheaper. My nails look BEAUTIFUL and NATURAL, i’m in love! I will recommend this place for pedicures, manicures, acrylics, ANYTHING. Great quality, good service, and amazing pricing! I will not go ANYWHERE else!

Always friendly, always what I want and always so professional it looks natural

I wanted to make my wife look pretty today and feel extra special. So i book her a nail appointment grant it wasn't her personal nail tech due to Covid-19, but as a good husband . I looked online and saw that this was a popular one. So I called and made an appointment at 10am for 1pm. I get a call from my wife crying because the nail tech messed up on her toes , gave her a different shade of color , then they processed to tell her that she would HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 45 MINS FOR HER NAILS. If i called ahead i expect to have my time. I don't recommend this place .

Worst customer service! The guy that did my sisters nails is so rude! Save your money and go to GLOSSY NAILS IN MANCHESTER!
