Meg has been cutting my son's here for the last couple years now and I couldn't imagine taking him to any other place. He's got sensory issues and getting his haircut is a trigger, and not only does he not mind getting his haircut with Meg but he actually looks forward to it. Thank you Meg for taking such good care of Griffin!
Meg is awesome! Very responsive to calls and quick to fit you in when it’s most convenient for you. Highly recommend!!
The basics of good customer service are being responsive to messages for appointment requests, making clients feel generally welcome upon arriving and showing a basic level of gratitude when being tipped. My experiences with the owner have only included being less than welcoming, never being thankful for generous tips and slow or no responses to messages sent or left. Simply put, there are better alternatives out there for hair cutters if a basic level of professionalism is important to your customer experience.
