I've been seeing Heather for about 25 years for a cut and color. She did my amazing wedding hairdo. She is so pleasant and talented. I highly recommend her services. She always listens to my wants and concerns and transforms my hair into something which gets tons of compliments. I've tried elsewhere when I moved to Mass, but she is incomparable. I travel from Mass just to see Heather. She also cuts my daughter's hair and did a terrific blue/teal color which was perfection. I won't see anyone else but Heather.
I have been going to Heather for over 20 years. She does a great job and is very personable. She has really stepped up customer care since the Covid pandemic began. She keeps the salon clean and sanitized and personally wears high quality masks and shields. Great care and concern for her customers.
Great place to get a haircut. Friendly people that care about how you look. I went to many different places until I found Structures. I would recommend Structures to everyone.
I never write these kind of reviews but I feel I should commemd my stylist Heather Pelchat for her extraordinary efforts to follow CDC guidelines and enforce them with all of those who come to Structures.I, My husband and both of my children have been clients of Heather’s for over 25 years. Because of Covid my husband and myself have been forced to self quarantine since the beginning of March. My husband is extremely immunosuppressed and bringing Covid home would be a death sentence for him. When Heather was allowed to re-open her salon I knew she would take all precautions seriously enabling myself and my husband to at least get our hair done safely. I completely trust that she and her family practice CDC guidelines at home also. I know it hasn’t been easy for her to do this, Disinfecting her station between clients takes a lot of time, and limits the number of clients she can see in a day making for harder work with less income. Despite this, Heather has maintained her same meticulous attention to detail in coloring and styling my hair. This has lead to my nickname at work “Hollywood hair”. I am also aware that not everybody believes they should follow the CDC rules and have resisted following the guidelines in her shop but she has stood firm and I am grateful for this.
Crazy owner. Took more than 4 hours to color and cut. The woman is over concerned about things outside of her business. Incredibly intrusive and discriminatory.
