Used the wash, dry, and fold service. What should have been a service to make my life easier, ended up being a hassle. Hours posted online are different than the hours they are truly open. I watched the male worker lock the door as my son was trying to show him the receipt slip showing he was there to grab his already paid for laundry. Very frustrating since they were closing early. It would have taken less than a minute to hand him his bag of clothes. However, the man was rude and looked disgusted. Here's a common sense tip....update your hours online...its basic customer service skills that this place lacksnCommon courtesy! We won't be back....
So welcoming and friendly!! I was here a few years ago and wasn’t planning on returning. I’m glad I did. New ownership has made a world of difference!
Didn't open on time (15 minutes late) but very clean and nice facility and very reasonable price to do a load of laundry.
I’ve driven to this place twice within posted hours and they’re closed. Leading people to aimlessly drive to their location for it to not be open. Change your google hours, stop wasting people’s time.
