Good motel. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was really easy. They had a good attitude. Bed was very comfortable. They served you sausage and eggs for breakfast because of the pandemic. Would stay here again if in the area.
Nice, spacious, clean rooms. We had a handicapped room with walk-in shower, I was surprised that there was no shelf in the shower to place your washing stuff. When we discovered our bed was broken, they were able to move us to another room. They offer a hot breakfast where the staff makes/serves the hot items and clean the common areas.
I stay at the York Convention Center each time I travel from Fargo, ND to Phoenix, AZ. I do this every other month. Customer service at this hotel is top notch. I accidently left my credit card at the front desk when checking in. The front desk clerk found me and returned my card. Hospitality at it's best! I will continue to stay at this hotel and other Best Western Plus hotels.
The staff were all amazing and accommodating. Best motel room we have been in for a long time. The bed was soo comfy, the water was so soft showering, and the linens were so fresh smelling. Room was super clean. Applebee’s was a super benefit to have on site, Food was fantastic, and complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. Highly recommended them!!
Spring mattress was very uncomfortable. Pillows were tiny. Ended up sleeping in the chair which was actually comfortable. Room was very clean and desk clerk was nice.
