The people were really nice but I asked them to do a certain design of nails and they told me it was too difficult so I chose something that was easier and although it was easier they still didn’t get the color right
I was a first-time walk-in and from the second I stepped into the salon, it was a positive experience all the way around! It was so bright and clean, everyone from staff to other clientele was very friendly and most importantly, the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Thank you, Jennifer, for taking a week’s worth of stress away! As a business owner, I pride myself on customer service and your salon is awesome! I will be back and I highly recommend people go and experience Alex Nails!
