Asking for a wellness check on a homeless person is not an emergency. Why on earth should we call 911 for that, and why on earth are you asking me “who told you that” when I ask it? Common, god-damned sense tells me a desperate man in need of a safe place to sleep isn’t an emergency. FIX yourselves.
