So quick! Pull around to the bay on the other side after the car wash. In and out with the entire package in a half hour. My car looks like new!!

Left vehicle for interior detailing; went to pick up and mats were still outside drying. Got home, rear mat was missing. Called and they said they'd look around and call me back. Never heard from them. How can a floor mat be lost when it's in proximity of the car being cleaned? Don't they have a system for ensuring that all and the proper mats are returned to the vehicles? Won't return....

Made an appointment on the phone. Man on the phone was super friendly. Showed up to my appointment a few days later, and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes when a worker came around to let me know that they were not open. I explained that I had an appointment, and he told me that was not possible since they weren’t open. They couldn’t find my information anywhere and made it seem like it was my fault and that I was inconveniencing them. They did take my car and “fit me in.” I showed up to pick up my car after they called to say it was ready. Three men were standing around the desk talking when one of them finally said “can I help you?” He went looking for my paperwork and then got someone else to check me out. VERY disorganized. When I went out to my car, they were still waxing it. So I guess it wasn’t ready?? The two men wiping the car down were very nice and informative. They were unable to get glue off the car, but they did inform me of the different products used to attempt to get it off. I did notice on the way home that some spots in the interior were missed or not wiped well. Overall: awful customer service mixed with average quality - will never go back and will warn others to try some place else first.

Bought a 3 year old car with a trashed interior. They literally made it look and smell new. Great value and on time fulfillment. Will use again soon.

I'm not sure if I caught them on the right day given all the negative reviews but I was very impressed. The car is immaculate and the service was very good. I would go again.
