This was our first visit to Cloud 9 Car Wash, so the attendants talked us through everything. Everybody was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Our car was spotless. We'll be back!
I only gave 3 stars, not because their services are bad, because I think the place is great! My problem is with the new promotion they’re running. So I see the sign out front at 8pm, I text for my free wash and come to find out I only have 12hrs to use. How am I suppose to use the coupon between 8pm and 8am if they’re not even open? I called and no answer, so I drove up there and the guy tells me “we mention the expire time before you click redeem”. Well that could be easily overlooked by anyone, due to the screen before that clearly stating “This Coupon DOES NOT expire ” in a bubble that pops up... Without any explanation the employee moved the cones blocking the exit and I left. I didn’t even care for the Car Wash, I didn’t need it. I only wanted to use the already FREE vacuums. You’d think after false advertising that they honor the coupon.nn“You take care of your customers, your customers will take care of you”
The very best place to go! Service is outstanding. Tiffany was an absolute delight to speak with and very informative, helpful, and kind. You could tell that she was proud to be working there and she was incredibly complimentary to her hard-working team. Easy in and out. They're also doing great following CDC guidelines! My car was was cleaned inside and out. Speedy but still quality service. Highly recommend.
Paid for exterior wash only. They didn't clean the inside as per order but they messed with several settings/buttons in my car. There was NO reason to touch ANYTHING other than the shift!! Lights were changed, auto off and on was shut off, radio was on(I had shut it off),etc..... NOT happy that someone saw fit to be a prankster ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cDO NOT MESS customers vehicles! Also called to complain and the cashier acted like I was boring her and she didn't believe me. No apology, nothing. I've been a regular customer but NOT going back ud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
Clean car wash with friendly attendants. Good miscellaneous shopping area with greeting cards, air fresheners and gifts for kids. Nice to see my car as it goes through the car wash stations.
