I'm very happy with Controlled Air and the technician they sent, Shane. My heat stopped working with extreme cold outside. Controlled Air was very responsive and had Shane at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and explained everything. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Shane came out and diagnosed our furnace problem and replaced the gas valve. Controlled Air helped us promptly when it was important, because it is cold outside, and Shane did a great job! I would highly recommend them and call again if we have issues in the future.

We had a noisy fan that prompted a call for someone to come out to see what may be wrong. I was able to get someone the same day. Randy arrived and identified the problem - it wasn't really a problem, just the AC coil rattling in the plenum. Quick adjustment and problem solved. Since I was paying for the call, he volunteered to preform a maintenance check and took a look at the whole house humidifier. Great value, good guy, great service.
