Service was great till we made our purchase... No communication after purchase was made. I had to call 5 or 6 times to find out when insulation would take place. Took 3 visits to get our products working correctly!! No follow up care and no instructions on how to use our new product. They installed and left leaving us with no idea how to operate our product... but the sales lady was nice..

Our furnace quit on a Saturday morning recently. Olson Plumbing and Heating came out within 1 1/2 hrs and fixed the problem! We were new customers! Great service, very professional!
