Brandon and Jen have helped me out with a couple of projects. They were responsive from start to finish. It was easy to get an estimate, schedule the job, and have it completed. Brandon in very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work.
Jen and Brandon were excellent to work with. Jen was super friendly and responsive to our questions. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and actually found and addressed a safety concern from a previous plumber. They made a stressful situation for us as painless as possible. If you’re looking for an honest plumbing company, look no further. I know I will be saving Brandon and Jen’s number in my phone for all of my future plumbing needs!
I had water leak in the garage ceiling connected to a bathtub. I called Plumb-Rite and Brandon came to take a look at it. He said there is no issue with bathtub and pipes, but suspected there might be a different reason for the leak. To have professional opinion, he invited a contractor, Blake. They together examined the problem and explained to me what may have caused the leak (Great team-work). Both of them were very professional and prompt. This is my second time of using Plumb-Rite and I am very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend the Plumb-Rite Plumbing for anyone who wants to get quality plumbing services.
Wow. Brandon and Jen are awesome. The plumber that I always used (Carl Barke, seriously an awesome, smart plumber) retired. I have a few rental properties, so I need someone I can count on. I got Brandon and Jen's name from Hot Shot Jetting's owner Aryn Block (also awesome). I am giving a 5 star rating, and I mean 5 stars on absolutely every criteria. They are just honest, hard-working people. So happy I found them.
Brandon was fantastic & very informative as well. We'd been without hot water heat for a week, & Jenn was quick to respond & they were here the next day. We are so happy with our water heater & the service we received as well. Thank you!
