Made an appointment, upon arrival I discussed at length what I was looking for out of their $239 7 hour service. When I picked it up after 4 hours there were 3.8 miles on the tripometer. The side panels on all four doors were barely touched there were bugs in the back window the windshield wasn't even clean They get two stars for the exterior. I could have taken my vehicle to a number of other businesses for a wash, I was expecting a professional detailing
After discussing that I would like a wash and for them to take a look at my cars clearcoat I booked an appointment. I arrived and was asked what I wanted and if I just wanted him to wash the dirty part in front for more than double the price we discussed. I then referred back to the price list provided to me by whom I presume was the owner and was told they don't offer a$22 handwash. I left and was soon messaged by the original person I was dealing with we went back and forth a couple of times before I received a condescending message about how difficult it seemed for me to figure a monthly carwash into my budget.
Got a ceramic detail here. Made my Mercedes look like new again. Can't say enough sboigh how professional this place is.
