Lee is a very pleasant person and explains everything he’s doing in a way that all can understand. Always a pleasure.
Our cabin’s heat went out causing the pipes to freeze with major damage to our Kinnetico system. Lee from Aquarius Home Services was assigned to assess the damage, which turned out to be worse than we originally thought. Lee is straightforward, transparent and an expert in his field. I appreciate his calm demeanor and can do attitude as we figured out the heart of the issue and next steps. I wholeheartedly recommend Aquarius Home Services and Lee, and look forward to working with them to get our Kinnetico system (and cabin!) up and running in good working order in the near future.
Would be nice if have an ETA when tech departs to destination. The call 20 minutes prior was nice. Trevor was great!
