A very positive experience.nThe plumbing professional was genial as well as punctual.nHe did not waste time and performed the work with care and a concern that my family would be safe and happy with the new water heater.nReid (the plumber) was very easy to talk to. He was patient and focused.nHe did not seem to mind my questions and was methodical with his explanations. This made me feel comfortable.
Brad was very accommodating, efficient, knew what he was doing and did it all in a professional manner. I thought he was a terrific technician in all aspects! Also, Ben Franklin stands behind their work. We had them reset 2 toilets last spring. One of them started to leak downstairs from a wax ring failure. Brad did the repair at no charge. He is just a super nice guy and Ben Franklin is very fortunate to have him on their team. Brad can come back to our house anytime we have plumbing issues. THANKS Brad and stay safe!! Greg S
Very Professional. Quickly identified the problem and gave me an estimated cost to repair. I was kept aware of the progress of the work. Overall, Reid did an exceptional job. I also want to thank people (Angela) in the office to accommodate my needs on a Friday!!. Great Team and great service

It was a difficult job and he and his partner figured out the best way to get it done efficiently and cost-effectively. Great communicator - we understood what needed to happen and why.
