We recently experienced a problem with our water heater that required it to be replaced. I spoke with several local plumbing companies (small and large) and was disappointed with their pricing - they know you're in a bad place, and charge accordingly. Justin gave me a quote over the phone using pictures that I sent (~$700 less than competition), and mentioned I could pick up the new unit myself to save money. He pulled the permit (passed city inspection), arrived on-time, and the final price matched his quote - no additional work was required. He is a quality, licensed, independent plumber. Highly recommend.
