My 87 year old father accidentally left his phone at the curb checkin. When I texted him to see if he made it through security and to the gate I got back several texts about the status of his phone from DTW. Long story short, after giving his flight info and gate number one of your officers proceeded to run to the gate with 10 minutes to spare before takeoff. We are both very thankful for the extra effort your team made for this to happen!

I broke the law by not renewing my plates on time. However, I did not know that it was OK for a police officer to pull up by my side to take a look at who was driving before deciding to get behind and turn on the lights. Great job Officer H. I bet you drove to the side to check if the skin color matches yours first, I saw the look on your face when we made eye contact. Not only was that irritating, when I went to pick up my vehicle, two white guys whose truck was impounded for driving without a plate were allowed to pick up their truck (as long as they had a truck to tow it and not drive it) and also had their towing fee waved...why? Because they clear snow at the airport. While I actually hoped they wouldn't have to pay any fine this just shows you how corrupt and racist some of these cops are. Right is right, wrong is wrong. I was wrong, so were the white boys and officers.
