They always mess up my order. My order is never complicated, never have any substitutes or anything like that. Basic menu items made completely incorrect, always missing items. This time they forgot my quesalupa, luckily I live down the street so I drove back and they gave me the quesalupa that they made for me originally which had obviously been burnt in the fryer, and was also cold. It crumbled to pieces and was inedible. Cmon people, I’ve worked my fair share of fast food restaurants in the past 10 years. It’s not hard to do your job right. Especially on a slow Thursday night.
They got one star only because I had to. The orders are never right and I've never been to a fast food restaurant that is just slow. Absolutely horrible
