4 items: velvet skirt smelled unclean, velvet top reeked of chemicals, 2 JJill tops were shrunken beyond use by laundering rather than dry clean. Loss $200. New owners? Used to use. Never, never, never entrust your fabric items to these people. Last minute, had to shop for new funeral clothing for my Mother's funeral.

Always do a terrific job, reasonably priced and very quick turnaround. I have been a customer for a couple years and use them at least once a month. I would definitely recommend Alpine Cleaners.

They do a fine job of dry cleaning here for a good price. And done in a timely fashion, usually 3 days. Can’t be beat for how close it is to my residence.nnBut the front desk woman- an older Caucasian lady- who always seems to be working there when I go in is not friendly or welcoming by any stretch of the imagination. I don’t need anyone to act like my best friend, but some effort to be friendly would be nice.. it’s very annoying to me to have someone, at a service I’m paying for, act disinterested and bothered by my presence. You really do get the impression that she is annoyed by you coming in. It is what it is though. If you want nice dry cleaning, you will get it here. But don’t expect good customer service or enjoyable interactions.nnThis is also the same person who refused to give me service before because the item I wanted cleaned had been vomited on, on the pant leg. I made this clear. But I told her I washed it off the best I could with soap and hot water, and where it had been on it. As to be careful. This was an item I could not use a washing machine for. She very rudely told me she would not take the item and treated me like I was dirt. I happily went to another dry cleaners 2 miles away, where I told the same thing, and they accepted the item without hesitation.
