I had to resechedule and the representatives and technicians were very nice about it. I had a great room, small laundry room, and four area rugs (2 large and 2 small) as well as deodorizing done for over $200. When the tech came, he was alone and did a better job than when I had service with two. He did an awesome job. The rug in the great room had some old spills on them and he was able to get them out. Darryl came to get the estimate. He was friendly and professional. He set the date for my appointment and told me what to expect. Ray and Chris came to do the duct work. They answered all of my questions before, during and after the work. They were professional and efficient. I would recommend the whole team to anyone considering getting their ducts cleaned.
Christopher Gibson is EXCELLENT! He took such great care to protect baseboards from getting marked up with the hose. He took his time and was very thorough and diligent. He asked questions for clarification, explained what he was doing, and made sure stains came out. Very professional and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend him.
Excellent service! I am very satisfied with my area rug. It is so clean. Work done with the greatest care to personal property, and adherence to safety standards.
