Great place. We have been maybe 4 or 5 times in the last few years. It's amazing with the size (item wise) of their menu, they seem to make them all great. Great flavor and more than large enough portions. I had the calamari (which is a hit or miss at some even seafood restaurants) and it was done perfectly. More than enough for dinner.nHad great service given the fact they are short staffed (everyone is, Feb 2021 hard to find help right now). I won't knock them on the at first slow service, but then it was excellent. Our server was Phil who was also the bartender and he was going crazy, but keeping his head above water while being pleasant and attentive. We sat at a high top which didn't make it any easier for him (he had to come from behind the bar to serve us).nMy worry was that the food was going to sit too long under the warmer since he was swamped, but it arrived fresh and hot. And he even came out to check on our drinks and food quite a few times. Amazing service.nGreat food, great service, what more do you need?

Currently sitting here eating and I felt so compelled to leave a review before I even left. Got here, employees argued in front of us. Given a bad table that had crumbs all over it. Arrived at 7:00 and didn't get our appetizers until 7:55. We didn't get our food until 8:10, only after we asked our waitress when it would be coming. Burger didn't even have the extra bacon that we asked and paid more for. Nothing was hot everything felt warm like it had been sitting out for a while. Caesar salad was too garlicky to consume. We were told we were getting fresh bread but it was stale. Our waitress did not check on us at all until she realized we were not having a good meal and writing this review. The only good things were the music and the drinks. I'm so unhappy I don't even want cheesecake anymore.nnEdit: The manager, Ryan, was very professional, respectful, and understanding. He went above and beyond to correct the situation and we left feeling a bit better about our experience.

First off it was my birthday 3/25how about we had to keep calling to see if our table was ready we waited two and 1/2 hrs when we were told only a half an hour wait when we got in our food was good until we got the dinners my salmon was under cooked the white was still there which means it was not cooked well done people can get sick if you don’t properly cook food the correct way not well cooked pink tater not done The salmon sweet potatoes were Luke warm so was the fish just gross sent back fish still half done gross gross gross!! People are paying for things to be done correctly salmon is supposed be cooked well done my experience was not good at this location terrible!

Its very refined, staff are nice and the food is great for the price. Would recommend it to anyone who likes food, drinks and desserts. (Also have selections for those who are either food allergic or calorie dieters)

I had cheesecake factory the other day when I went out with my aunt on an escape room adventure day! The waitress was extremely sweet. The seafood dip that we got was delicious. If you order any appetizer, I strongly suggest the seafood dip that we got. It was made with either lobster or crab. I can't remember. The only downside was that my grandmother's and aunt's steak was undercooked, even after sending it back twice. The manager comped the steak for them. However, my aunt is pregnant so she could've gotten extremely sick had she not noticed. As always, they hands down have the best cheesecake.
