It was subway, I had to remind the young lady to change her gloves after touching items not named food. Cross contaminating my sandwich is not something I want. However, the oven cooked itn... now that register screen and the other items, ehhh....... she was cool, long day for her I think. That's what the 2 star review is for. Sanitary did service is a must!

Went to this restaurant today. A very bad customer service. Asked for meat ball sub and it was all burst open the stuffing was falling out. I requested them to re-do the sandwich as it looked really a broken sandwich. The person their (female) ignored my request blatantly and rudely. I felt daunted into buying the sandwich which looked absolutely botched up.nShe was extremely rude as well.

My sandwich was bursting open, there was sauce all over it and the contents of the sandwich were spilling out. I had asked kindly if they could fix it or something and without saying anything the worker violently made my sandwich (lol) and shoved it in the bag instead of simply fixing the sandwich. It was very rude and I didn't want to ask again because the employee seemed really mad. This took place on Friday 19th February 2021 at 2:30pm if you're curious. The only reason I'm writing this is because my sandwich was ruined and the employee's attitude was very rude.

Doesn't participate in the buy two at $5 promotion, and also doesn't have a sub of the day? Prices are more expensive than other locations as reflected by the price adjustments that you can see on their menu boards. Like other comments, the veggies are skimpy, and it seems as if they are really penny pinching. Good thing the area is booming with food options near the hospital, as we wont be eating lunch here again.
