Would not recommend! no warranty! no Support! And the machine needs Support! Had to replace defective parts many times, much more than expected, based on vast experience with other machines.
These guys are great!! Every time I need something the customer service is on point. They always answer my questions and the equipment they sell is so innovative. They even sometimes answer questions that isn’t even related to their product. Everyone is very friendly and even the owner is there to help out. Best car wash in town, but I cancelled my subscription. Hours changed from 8-5 week days and not open on the weekends. I work at 8 -5 and unable to get there. They need to rethink their hours.
Purchased their BRAND NEW in-tunnel Tire Shiner. It's been nothing but a hassle for months. This machine does not work. You either get zero tire shine OR you get tire shine pouring out of only 4 of the holes. Contacted the manufacturer (motor city) and they really haven't been able to help. Prior to purchasing this we had the Belanger Durashine, which I regret getting rid of, regardless of how much of a pain the pads were. I'm losing customers over this bs. Also, the brush is too big. It puts dirt marks on the bottom of sedans. 15k dollars down the drain
