I've been visiting this Taco Bell for many many years. Up until lately i have always had good experience's. Up until now! The last 4 visits have been awful! Cold food 3 out of the last 4 visits. Twice was wrong orders and/or missing items! 4 visits in a row!! I won't be visiting there A LONG TIME!!

Was just there and went through the drive thru. Order taker was nice and the cashier was friendly. But the person handing me my food said nothing which I thought was rude, and slammed the window in my face. As someone with bad anxiety, this offends me. Please train your staff to work better with customers.nnOn a positive note. Food was hot, fast and fresh.

Had the chicken power bowl. What a joke!! It looks NOTHING like the picture on the menu. I got a few pieces of chicken, I had to dig to find the black beans, barely any lettuce but lots of rice.nThe new menu is horrible!!! Bring back our old menu!!nOh wait that’s never going to happen bcuz I heard Taco Bell is going under. Too bad you guys missed the mark all the way around.

I went through the drive thru after work last night around 1 am. I ordered 2 steak burrito supremes, Xtra sour cream, add guacamole.nA crunch wrap supreme, and a bean burrito. Over $ 20 for 4 items.nThe burritos were both beef, no sour cream, no guac, and I was charged for the upgrade to beef, and add ons.nMy crunch wrap was only lettuce, sour cream and nacho cheese.nThe bean burrito was missing cheese and red sauce.nI tried calling and the kid was apprehensive about telling me who was manager, and hung up on me when I wanted to speak with her (Rachel)
