We had an unfortunate incident with my grandmother. She cut herself and bled throughout her apartment. I came across South Lyon Carpet Cleaning while searching for companies nearby that were open on the weekend. The first two companies didn't answer my call and we couldn't wait for a quote response via email from others.nnWe're incredibly happy that Al not only answered but invested himself in our situation and the urgency of it too. We didn't want my grandma coming back to a blood soaked apartment. I called them at 8:05 and by 9:05 they promptly arrived. The work performed was professional and quick. It was a very reasonable price for what I expected to have to pay. I am definitely going to recommend South Lyon Carpet Cleaning for anyone interested. Thank you Al, I appreciate your rapid response and hard work.

I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving into a newly purchased house and I’m so glad I made the call to South Lyon Carpet Cleaning. Not only was my schedule and timeline easily accommodated with my carpet being cleaned just two days after making the call but the cleaning exceeded my expectations. I was planning on replacing the carpet in two of the bedrooms rather than having them attempt to clean related to condition. The owner encouraged me to try and salvage the carpet and offered to attempt the removal of stains prior to having me pay to clean the rooms. The stains came up and the rooms look great and were cleaned at an extremely reasonable rate, saving me from the cost of replacement at this time. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience.
