Juan Gomez arrived on time and we completed a walk through before he started. He thoroughly explained the process, took steps to protect the floors and walls, completed everything quickly and put up with my curious dog! Very happy with the professionalism, quality and value. Very very happy with my carpet cleaning today!!! They got some heavy duty stains out and smells great! Michigan Carpet Cleaning did a great job bringing my old area rug back to life. Technician Andrew was on time and very thorough in his cleaning and instructions on post-cleaning care for the rug. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend their services to others.
Everything went well. I did not receive a receipt. I did pay cash. Was I supposed to get a paper receipt? If you could email me one that would be great. Thank you the job was well done and it smells wonderful in my house.
