All Star Dry Cleaners.

I have been going to All Star for over 4 years now. First when I moved to Wixom, and the Walled Lake and later Waterford. They are professional and do great work at a good price. Thanks for being there even in the trying times we have had.

This is our favorite cleaners. The price you can’t find better, but quality is always great. They launder business shorts and slacks so well. Staff is always friendly, even open on Sundays. We won’t be taking our laundry anywhere else. (I think it’s like 1.85 per laundered short, slacks around $4, I have had other places tell me $15 for one pair of pants ...)

I had been dealing with the cleaners for almost ten years when I moved to the area. No more. I took back an item worn to a charity event over one year ago for a re-cleaning. Since the event, it had been stored until recently when it was unwrapped from the All Star Cleaning packaging and a significant stain was noticed. I was greeted by a clerk who identified herself as Maggie Stevenson who advised she would have to call the owner, Troy, to see if she could re-process the item without a charge. In that conversation, which I listened to, she failed to mention I was a long time, formerly premier customer and that the stain had been missed. Upon completion of the phone call, I was advised that the owner would not re-clean the item without a charge. When I asked why, she angrily advised me they were not going to process the dress upon which I advised that I would post my experience on the various social media sites including Google, Yelp and file a complaint with the BBB, Better Business Bureau. This comment was met with Maggie threatening to contact the Novi Police and report me as a disorderly person. I suggested she do so as nothing I said to her was threatening in any way and she, and the owner, would have another issue to deal with in the way of malicious prosecution. Said conversation was witnessed by another male customer who walked in after I arrived. Sad to see what has happened to the business.
