I was very grateful for how kind the lady was who hemmed my sons pants at my last minute request for two separate occasions (2 separate pairs of pants). She went out of her way to get them done within a half hour for me one of the times, & did a great job both times. Very sweet & helpful both times, & will definitely have my business always now. This is the BEST dry-cleaners EVER! They are reasonably priced and have cleaned items that should have never come clean:)
They burned a brand new $300 dress all beading was gone on one sleeve when I picked it up and the woman took zero responsibility for this!!! Worst cleaners I’ve even been to!!! I would stay far far away from this place!!!!!nWorst customer service ever!!! If you ruin something- you pay for it. Not this woman—— awful service I would stay clear!!!!!!!!
