White Cloud Laundry

My first time here and I am impressed! The facility is clean. The washers and dryers are pretty fast too. The walls have lots of pretty beach scenes hanging up. There is a Coke machine and snacks you can purchase too. The owner obviously keeps the place clean. Also, there is an ATM to get money out and you can buy quarters which are needed for the machines.

Lovely lady named Sharon works there, super sweet and helpful

I came in around 10 to do laundry I had my three children with me. During my stay many customers came in and out. When Lisa came in there was us, two ladies, a gentleman, and a single lady. My youngest was running around back and forth in the front corner by the washers not bothering anybody. As soon as Lisa got there she looked at me and my children with such disgust and made it very apparent that she was talking about us to her co-worker. She then comes to me and my kids and uses health and safety reasons to kick my kids out of the store. I was appalled that this was happening and usually would say something but my children were present so I left it alone. She then goes to the single lady sitting in the chair minding her own business and tells her to get out too. Says nothing to anybody else in the store. I was thoroughly embarrassed and insulted. She made me feel like my family was diseased and did not belong in the store. After talking to the other customers about it they felt the same way. Lisa's Behavior today was very uncustomary service friendly. There are no signs stating a limit of people in the store or that we have to wait outside while the laundry gets done. Very disappointed, I will never go back to that laundry place and do laundry again. That's sad to me because I used to go in there all the time and always have great service.

Good place to wash clothes.

Do not like being told masks are required but the person running the place and 2 customers are not wearing one
