I have been a customer for 19 years and I AM DONE!!!! They raised all prices $0.75 across the board and then charged an additional $0.25 for WARM water and $0.50 for HOT water!!! That may not seem like a big deal to some, but I know for a fact that they shut the hot water off early in the evening and sometimes they forget to turn it back on in the morning.....If I'm going to pay extra, I need to be confident that I'm getting what I paid for. I have gone to other laundromats, and they ALL are much less! In fact, one is more than half the price. WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!nTHEY'RE NOT EVEN WORTHY OF THE ONE STAR!!!
I never usually leave reviews, but I couldn’t not leave one with how furious I am at this place.... PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY! There is a giant sign on their front window, that says “OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK 8-7”! And a flyer taped to the door that says open 8-7! My wife and I got there at 5:15, and put two loads in the quick washer... waited 20mins for them to be finished. Then we put them in the dryer for 36mins! We live 2 minutes away so we left and ran home for a minute. We came back and it was all locked up with no one there!!! AT 6:10!!!!nAnd NOTE... there were 2-3 different employees there when we were there doing our laundry!!! NO ONE TOLD US THEY WERE CLOSING WAY EARLIER THAN WHATS POSTED EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE.nnHow bad is that for customer service... can’t get any worse in my book. No clothes for work tomorrow.nnPLEASE don’t give this place your business. Geez.
Very Kleene. I would visit again.
I don't frequent the place slot only to do bedding but when I do it's always clean and workers are helpful/friendly
