If you know me personally, this is really out of my comfort zone. I try my very best to give people the benefit of the doubt and see their side of things but I am absolutely heartbroken with my recent experience at Ace Hardware of Ishpeming.nnUnfortunately they messed up a very important package of mine and it resulted in me losing $435, our Christmas money for this year. The owner’s son admitted to me that they were at fault, they made the mistake.. but the owner chose not to acknowledge the wrongdoing and make things right. I just don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.. If you value your money and want to do business with honest people, please go elsewhere.
