Need to get more wait staff. Our poor server was taking care of the entire restaurant.
Amazing service. I dined in on a Thursday night and my server was excellent. My food came out very quickly and was delicious. I love coming here, they never disappoint. Highly recommend!
Ordered carry out. Staff was very nice and answered all the questions I had. The food was done in a timely manner and brought out to curbside where I was greeted by a very nice young lady. Overall very happy with my carry out service!
I had a little bit of an issue with my carry out order a few weeks ago. The wrong sandwich was made and placed in my to go bag. I had the order delivered and called and spoke with Courtney, who was the manager on duty, she not only understood but offered to remake the sandwich. It was close to close by the time the mistake was found and they used a third party service for delivery I believe so she let me know I would need to come pick it up. I went in to get the sandwich and returned home and found out the sandwich was still incorrect. I then called back the restaurant and asked to speak with Courtney, I told her the issue and she apologized profusely and understood my frustration.nnI wanted to give you a little background, but you are probably questioning the rating above. I gave 5 stars solely on Courtneys customer service. She showed much empathy and did everything she could to rectify the situation. Mistakes happen but it's all about how you treat and make up for it after the fact. Thank you again Courtney!
ALWAYS, Love to go to Olga's!!! Saddened they are not open for dine in. However, the car side delivery has been GREAT!!!! I believe the carry out orders are larger servings! Food quality is always fresh and tasty. The Best spinach pie. Don't forget, to tip extra for the car delivery!!!
