Computer system seems to go down any time there’s a long line and anyone other than Theresa is working, she’s the only reason this place hasn’t shut down yet. Just not sure how she’s able to manage the window and food on her own and 3 other employees can’t even take an order

I’ve never written a bad review but I feel the need to warn everyone. The service here is by far the worst. I ordered a chalupa after being told they didn’t have what I initially wanted. I requested to have the meat substituted with beans due to dietary restrictions on meat. I placed my order and made sure to stress “beans” instead. When I got my order the girl handing me the order claims I didn’t tell her I wanted it with beans and told me it was my fault that they made a mistake. Looked at me with the biggest attitude and in disgust. She didn’t even offer to have the order fixed and closed the window on me. I didn’t go in for a refund or a fix up due to the line going into the streets. At this point, I didn’t trust my food going back because who knows what they’ll do after the attitude I received from the employee. As for the “meal” that I paid for, I couldn’t eat it so I did what I could and gave it to a homeless man down the road. At least he enjoyed it!

You will never be waiting any less than 45 minutes at this location. No matter the time of day or how many cars are in line.nnUpdate I just waiting in line for an hour the second I pull up to the window it was only 11:45 and she says they are closed no apologies nothing for the inconvenience. I tried talking to whoever was at the window but they just ignored me.
