Bad Brads BBQ - Carry Out and Catering

Every time we have a luncheon in the office the whole group requests Bad Brads, the food is awesome and well worth the money. This is our new office go to!

I had Bad Brads BBQ deliver lunch to some very hard workers at Health Quest Physical Therapy. They all gave me thumbs up to delivery and said it tasted delicious! Thank you to your wonderful catering service!

1st time trying Bad Brads, holy cow was that good!!!! We had the pulled chix sandwich, St Louis style ribs, potato salad, beans & cornbread. Best tasting potato salad, hands down! Cornbread still moist & a kick with jalapeños. Sandwich was huge & the sweet sauce right up my alley. Ribs were tender, nice smoke & spices. This will be our go to BBQ place!!

Meh. The thing that bothers me most about this place is their menu/website. In no particular order:n1) It does not list the saucesn2) It doesn't list options for just straight meat.n3) They have a bunch of combos that do *NOT* list the amounts of meat available within them. Luckily, though, if you call them (assuming you get through when they are busy), they will tell you the amount of meat within the combos and they will also tell you the pricing for straight meat (1/2 pound, pound, etc).n4) There are only 2 options within the Entrée section. That doesn't make much sense to me.. maybe they can redesign it for entrees to include burgers, sandwiches and pizzas or what have you, or better yet, just get rid of it altogether. It's not a sit-down restaurant.n5) Underneath sides they have a line that says small/large, and directly beneath it is a line that says 'side sampler.' The description below 'side sampler' should not have a line of space above it - it is very hard to read this way and it is hard to tell that that line belongs to the line above it.n6) The side mac and cheese says to add 1.5$ - does this apply to BOTH small and large sizes??n7) Where on the menu does it say that the collared greens contain meat?n8) Finding the opening hours of a specific location is confusing on the website because there are links for specific locations underneath the 'menu' section when this is all above the individual links listed under the 'locations' section. If that doesn't make sense, just try to find the opening hours on the website without having to think about it much.n9) Don't get me started about the catering menu..nnAs per the food: the sauce on the side was way too sweet. The 'burnt ends' (which, by the way, are nowhere to be found on the menu besides on one of their pizzas) were also made with a sauce that was too sweet. The collared greens: even though it's a nice thought of them to add meat for flavor to the collared greens, I personally thought it tasted like absolute garbage pork, like that well-known awful taste that low-quality pork sometimes has, and I had to throw it away.nnAnd finally, their prices are WELL above other fantastic, better BBQ places in the area - like 30% more. Places that have '1/2 pound' and '1 pound' on their menu.nnBut to end if off on a good note: the pig candy was absolutely amazing, though. It made all the frustration worth it.

We have had catering here on several occasions, most recently my daughters birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful! I would seriously consider Bad Brads for any catering needs.
