I absolutely love coming here, the owner is the most kindest, polite and very helpful, I mean very helpful person ever! Unfortunately, his employee, the lady with the glasses and colorful hair that smokes, is the rudest! Her attitude is so off-putting and nasty. I simply needed quarters and it seemed to be an issue because of the amount I needed but it is was for the washers. I never get more than what I need. I hate to even ask her for things when I come because I don't like interacting with her, just don't like her negatively! I would rate 5 stars but she brings it down to 3
This place has always been pretty good in my experience. Kept pretty clean, a lot of washers and dryers. Ivr never had a problem with any staff, always been friendly and helpful. I wish the owner hadnt sold the second location, it went downhill and closed after she did. Was a little closer to home...i actually dont mind making the trip here because its much nicer than the places closer to me now. Plus arcade machines! Always a plus laundry is boring lol
Great place to do laundry. Social distancing precautions, masks required. Friendly team to assist as needed. Free drying if wash is done there.
Always nice and clean Im in and out and I love the free drying
I come here maybe twice a month and each time I've come the attendant that work Sunday Oct 4, 2020 on the am shift that got off at 2:30/3:00pm has the nastiest attitude ever. Customers looking for her, she was outside smoking. Any other time Im there I get great service.
