The staff were so helpful, kind, and patient. Because I had no clue what I needed for my hot water tank. LolnVery knowledgeable about what I needed. Clean store, and I will keep going there!
This store is always clean, well stocked and organized. Somebody's also teaching customer service because the young people here are always polite and helpful. Much different experience than the big box stores.
Always good stuff there. Always find what the things i can't get at the big stores. Employees are always there to help you. Process may be alittle higher than the big stores, but you are in and out with great service.
Very helpful staff. Small store but I like that. Not as overwhelming as the larger hardware stores. Odd layout however the staff was able to help with finding what you need quickly.
