Great customer service. A gentleman went out of the way to show me how to deal with a plumbing issue I had when replacing my dishwasher. This kind of helpful behavior is rare these days. Highly recommend this place.
These guys are the best.nThey run their place old school. Friendly, courteous people that are always helpful and always polite. Of the many times that I've been in the store, there hasn't been one thing they haven't been able to help me with. The story is great. The staff is great. More Than Just A Pipe Supply Store and More Than Just a hardware store. It's the staff that makes it a great place.

I have been going here for several years as the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. In that department I can't say enough good things about this store. If wearing masks is not important to you read no further. However if the health department Mask mandate is something you support then I would recommend you shop somewhere else.
Went in yesterday (09/28/20) and received great service from their staff who helped me with PVC piping and the necessary couplers. I am not in the trade industry. The staff knew this and did not judge me for my lack of knowledge. It can be intimidating not knowing the proper terms and descriptions, but they went out of their way to help me until we figured out what I needed. The least I could do is to show my appreciation by writing a positive review.
