Two very respectful, young men working at this location gave my car a very good wash. The prices are very reasonable and there is barely any wait time. My car was the cleanest it’s ever been after I got my car washed here. Every little piece of dirt was wiped off my car. 101% would come here again.

I pulled in and asked the man up front for the VIP wash (10$) and gave him my card. When he brought me the receipt to sign, I saw he charged me 12$. Not a big deal, not what I asked for though. So I asked him why he charged me extra and he said since I had salt on my car he thinks I needed the mega VIP wash. Didn’t even say he was going to do that before doing it. My car still had soap on it after getting out of the rinse. The man who towel dried my car didn’t dry my mirrors off (which also had soap). Plus my car still has dirt etc on the sides. If I’m going to be up harder without asking at least make sure my car is clean when I leave.

Kelly car wash is my go to car wash whenever I need my car looking clean & ready to take on a good ride. the 2 young men who work at the location of 15 mile n Utica make my experience so welcoming & quick. these boys treat me with much respect & go out of their way to make sure every speckle of dirt is gone. for the basic wash of a cost of ONLY $4 they make your car wash experience feel like you went & paid $25. Overall if I could I’d rate Kelly car wash a 10/10 I would. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get my weekly washes (to mention they have monthly plan system that gives u the ability to get a car wash everyday if you’d like)

The 2 young men were very courteous during my visit. They were both very respectful and my car looked brand new after leaving this car wash. The pricing is very reasonable and worth the value. Quality customer service and quality car wash. This will always be my go-to car wash! I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done! Thank you Kelly Car wash team!

I would give this car wash zero stars if I could. To start off, they packed us into the car wash way too close to the car in front of us, which we didn’t realize until we were jammed in the wash, which resulted in the car in front of us hitting the car in front of them, and us hitting them. We pulled out of the wash and after talking to the people we hit, we asked one of the employees where the manager was and he replied with, “our manager doesn’t come here often, he only stops in sometimes.” Very very very unprofessional and began to argue with my husband about the situation. We will never come back and give them our service. I would highly recommend not coming here unless you want to leave with a damaged vehicle.nnAlso just to add- we got the $10 wash and our car was filthy when we left. And no one offered a refund after all of this.
