I was a regular customer Summer & Winter but I was at the wash on Wednesday, March 31st & was very dissatisfied with my results. No one responsible was present and the young men that were there needed some additional supervision. My car was hardly rinsed before the was and the attendant that suppose to dry my car was in the office nowhere to be found.nI will return but I hope to have much improved results on my next visit. This is a good car wash and this will not deter me from my next visit.

Been pretty satisfied with this place. Have been going here for years. I do have an issue with my monthly plan and no one seems to answer the phone when I call and no one calls back. I got a new vehicle and need to transfer the membership to it. Not sure how to go about it! Please return my calls!!!!

Car wash was good but I want to cancel my membership and can't because they don't answer their phones and don't have a website as well. They still keep charging me every month. Wouldn't recommend dealing with this headachennEdit: I do leave a message when I callnnAnother edit: still waiting for a call back

I didn't want to have to leave a bad review; I was getting my car washed and one of the machines got caught on my windshield wiper and damaged the wipers and wiper transmission. A worker immediately told me to go talk to the manager, and he inspected my wipers and told me to get the damages repaired and that they would cover the bill. That's exactly what I did but have not been able to reach the manager since. I brought a hard copy of the bill, left my contact info multiple times, and left multiple voicemails and messages. They called me once, weeks later, when I wasn't able to pick up the phone and I briefly called back and left a message detailing my availability. Have not heard from them since. It's totally fine that accidents happen but it has been a headache attempting to reach the manager.

3/19/21 Update: the tire shine had been broke the last week. Went thru twice and no shine. I notified the management, but still was disappointed.... Especially paying extra for it. Hopefully they fix it asap! Otherwise a great car wash! Update 2: fixed in 1 day!!!! Tires are shiny once again :)nnExcellent carwash, very professional. I subscribe to the unlimited carwashes for $20 a month and it works out great you could take it in there twice in one day if you wanted too! I just make sure I have singles to tip every time I go through since I'm saving money by paying once a month.
