I have been using the Wash/Dry/Fold service for about a year since I didn't have time to do laundry while I was at school. I loved the service! My clothes always came back folded so nicely that I could just put in my drawers and be done with it. Rob was always so friendly and was punctual when picking up and dropping off my laundry. Plus, prices are very reasonable! I wish I discovered them sooner when I was at college. Definitely recommend!
Amelia and the Laundry Club staff are the best. They do a fantastic job with our laundry, I don't know what we would do without them.

Very rude staff. I went in as a first time customer having just moved to the area and they wouldn’t give me quarters when my laundry was in my car. I literally had to bother another paying customer for quarters while the staff just sat there and watched. Thats an extremely poor way to run a business especially to treat a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER who just moved to RI that way. Truly disgusting and rude behavior. Needless to say this will not be the laundry mat I ever come to again.
I've been using The Laundry Club's Wash/Dry/Fold service to do all my laundry for about 1.5 years now. They always do a great job with my clothes and I can expect to get them back quickly. They are kind and welcoming every time I come in, and know me by name. All the staff are professional and do a great job. I have never had any problems with damage or lost items; clearly, they take a lot of care in the work they do. Their prices are a little higher than some other Wash/Dry/Fold places that you might find in Providence, but I think it's worth it to have high quality and dependability. Thanks so much!
