I can't say enough great things about this company. Betty was great and so patient with the changes we made to the appointment. They were friendly, easy to work with and punctual. The communication was excellent!nSam and his partner did an outstanding job explaining the process and with the cleaning. A 5 star experience and reasonably priced as well. I will be calling them again.

I just LOVE Colonial Chem-Dry! The first time I called their number, I heard a very calm, well paced and deep professional voice telling me that I reached Colonial Chem-Dry. I thought, “well, it must be a recorded voice machine.” As I was just going to hang up, the voice paused and asked, “hello?” That caught my by a totally pleasant surprise. I replied, “ oh, you are a real person! I love your voice !” Then the lady on the other end laughed :) I laughed as well. Later on, I found out her name, Becky ( hope I spelled it right).nnBecky was very patient answering all my questions. On the scheduled date and time, their technician Leo appeared at my home fully equipped and ready to work. He first asked me my expectations. Then he carefull examined the sofa and couch and communicated with me about all the details.nnAfter an hour, he came up to me, his pants are all wet to the knees, sweating, and he laughed and said , “all done !”nnI looked at the sofa and couches and they are all in good clean conditions!nnAnd most importantly, as a first time customer, I got a good price as well.nnWhat a wonderful experience with Colonial Chem-Dry! ( this level of communication, customer service, and affordable pricing is very rare nowadays ).nnI will definitely use their services again !nnOh, did I forget to mention that their address is located on the Angell St! I called Friday morning and was offered a next day appointment. Cam called first and arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional, explained to various options and welcomed questions. Very reasonable prices and effective anti allergy treatment. Highly recommend

Joe came on time, called me before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He came in, went through the rooms I wanted cleaned, gave me the best price possible and used my coupons effectively. He then proceeded to clean the carpets efficiently and in good time. One room was in rough shape and looks so much better. I would definitely use Colonial Chem-Dry again
