It is usually very clean. The prices for the machines are very decent. They have multiple sized washers. Plenty of parking. They have their own cards which you can load with a card or cash. I believe you have to purchase the card though. Free dry as long as you have any amount on your card even a penny. The staff are always polite. This review is for the EP one.

I love it!! It's so emacilety Clean and the employees are very nice. Plus there is a clothes bins in the parking lot. Where is perfect when you're moving!!!

Nice, big and clean. Plenty of chairs plus tables to sit. Yet, people are sitting in the message chairs with there shoes on them and not even using them. Noone wants to say anything or ask if they can use it. The washers do not wring the cloths out which makes the drying time take much longer than it should. Thank goodness it's a free dry.

Ever since covid-19 we aren’t able to stay in the building and watch our clothes so we are forced to go outside and wait in our cars. This was fine at first but it’s turned frustrating. We have done laundry at laundry mats for 5 years now and spent a whole year at this one. Now all of a sudden we have been having articles of clothing taken from our wash. At first it was a king sized fitted sheet and 1 pillowcase out of two. We assumed we Either left it behind or maybe someone took it from our wash. Since then we have been extra vigilant when taking things in and out of the washers and dryers. Now it’s been about a month since that happened and we did a wash yesterday... one of our towels just vanished. The only constant in this scenario is one of the women who work there. She constantly stares at my husband and I, we are a mixed race couple and she is the same race as him. It seems as if she disapproves of us and I’m starting to think she’s messing with us. I have no proof but since we’ve been doing laundry at laundromats for years and never left things behind it’s starting to make me wonder. They also raise the prices on the machines every few weeks so we are going to stop using this place anyway.
