This place service is terrible!!! Not to mention is national broken shake machine day!!! I'm so disappointed!!!! This the third time in a row bad service!!! Each time I think it's a bad day.... Nope it's really bad service!!! Third time is not a charm!!!! Never again!!!!
This was bad I feel like I was treated badly because I said I was upset over them being. out of tge no t shakes I. Saint Patrickday I orderded a rosy beef and cheddar and a fish sandwich the fish was just fish on the bun no lettece or tarter sauce the beef and cheddar the same no cheese sauce or arbys sauce just. The meat even asked for arbys sauce packets and didnt get that just wow will not be back again no wonder I guys arnt busy any more like with that going on
I placed a very simple order= 1 farmhouse turkey salad and a medium fry and you guys forgot the fries. Also, it's impossible to reach you guys via phone number on google.com. Tighten up!
Employees at night don't care about masks or protocol. Unacceptable. See photos of one of the employees with their mask down. She didn't even attempt to out it on correctly through our drive-thru interaction. She was very nice, I'll give her that, but still no excuse for the mask.
Just stopped here on a Saturday at 4:49 pm and the response in the drive through was “we aren’t taking orders at this time!?” Shows they are open until 2 am.
