I was just in their with my family and they messed up my order asked for what I wanted and gave my coupons and the manager said they throw away all their coupons didn’t want to replace my order asked them to replace my order multiple times told me she could not only for what they had missed I was in the drive through Line for 10 min more than what I have already waited for my food and drove home. I called up to the store when I noticed some of my food was missing and cold. I asked before I left if everything was in my bag there and the crew members told me it was. apparently multiple managers on duty the one I talked to on the phone wasted my time and money said she would not replace my food if I went up their so by the time I was home all my food was cold and still did not get what I wanted at the end of the day. didn’t even get what I asked for and will be calling corporate in regards to this store I have worked at multiple fast food restaurants and the customer is always right. I am always giving money to this restaurant and for me to be treated like that is uncalled for. Manager could not even give me my coupons back to go to another location. Poor customer service manager even had her crew members involved as well as cussing and laughing in regards to my order. the manager that I spoke with on the phone told me everything was in my bag when bagged it and when I went up their she said she never said that it was another manager which I know was a lie because I know their is usually one manager on closing duty. They locked the doors like I was gonna rob the place and all I replace the order

Used coupons, very polite and friendly service people! We ordered the 2/$6 fish sandwiches. Very impressed with this Arbys! Kudos to the staff!

I do love the Buffalo Chicken sliders, but there was way too much Buffalo sauce as it leaked all over the napkins and dripped all over our laps when we tried to eat them. Then had nothing to clean ourselves up with.

My daughter and I are Sunday-afternoon regulars here . . . with good reason.
