I’ll spare you all the details. Long story short, I paid for my order only to be told minutes after I arrived that it had been thrown out as the restaurant was closed. I spoke directly with an employee by the name of Maddie who appeared to have not only a sour attitude but gave off a sense of sarcasm that was not only unprofessional but unapologetic. She advised that the doors were sealed shut per policy within minutes of closure and that a refund could not be issued. As I attempted to talk further with her she cut me off and pushed me over to hold, where I waited 5+ minutes for a manager who never picked up the phone. As I waited, I saw several families leaving the restaurant with bags of food. Mind you, Maddie was adamant that the doors were sealed and no food was on its way out at this time due to closure. When I entered the building I learn that the doors aren’t sealed shut, thankfully manager Tyler was more hospitable. I just found it odd that they threw away $35.01 worth of food that was already paid for without reaching back out to the customer to see if they still wanted it or were on their way (for future reference, I was stuck in Friday night traffic). I’m still awaiting a full refund as I didn’t receive any food whatsoever. I had been a fan of Olga’s since my teens but I know after this experience and how I was treated, particularly by employee Maddie, I won’t be going back there.nnUpdate: Corporate went to process my refund and provided the refund explanation with this very inaccurate, almost customer-blame of a statement: “Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Customer no longer wants order: sorry for the delay.” Has no one from this company read/seen/heard my complaint directly? I very much so wanted my food, that’s why I paid for it. It was the restaurant who threw it out after taking my money. Outrageously poor customer service- I as well as all of my friends and family will be avoiding this restaurant from here on out.

I have lived in Grand Rapids for 50 years. A close friend said we were going to meet for lunch. Not only because of the great food and service but also because of the safety measures and cleanliness of your restaurant. I was so very impressed with the whole experience. With all of the things going on in the world, it was wonderful to just sit with a friend and have a great lunch in a safe environment without any worries. Fabulous job! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and yes, you will be seeing much more of me and my friends and family!

Love olga's. It's serve a lot of different varieties of meats on pita the way you want it. There is so many different combinations to choose from on the menu!! It is really good!! And we got the bread on the side with the olga's sauce which is like a greek yogurt which is very tasty..
