I recently had a large ($450) order from 5 guys in Kentwood. I placed the order on Friday for a Monday pickup. At the time of order, I was very nervous that the food would not come out right. When I arrived on Monday, the team was very grateful and the Manager (she runs 2, 5 guys) and was absolutely amazing! Thank you for making this lunch great for my team!
Love the burgers here. Super tasty most of the time they are fast but sometimes can be a little slow depending on how many customers they have at the time. You create your own burger lots of toppings to choose from. A little more than normal burger places but so worth how good they taste. I've always had nice workers greet me and be really patient while I order.
Burger sat on the counter open air for 10 ish minutes before they served it to me. Not waiting on anything other then them to put it in a bag. Very dirty. Staff cleaned with the same gloves they prepared food in.
I need to update my review after a recent visit. The patty was small and thin...did not reach the edge of the bun, and fewer fries than was given in the past. Also, no fries were over 2 inches long! What happened to the whole fries? Not worth the price for my money. Sorry...won't be returning.
Always a good quick option! Burgers are stellar and always fresh! Fries are outta this world. Easy in and out!
